استخدام نظم إدارة الرصف الطرقي بالتكامل مع نظم المعلومات الجغرافية في صيانة الطرق في اللاذقية
Abstract
تنبع أهمية هذا البحث من خلال الدور الحيوي الذي تلعبه نظم إدارة الرصف الطرقي Pavement Management Systems(PMS) بالتكامل مع نظم المعلومات الجغرافيةGeographic Information Systems(GIS) في تخطيط وإدارة الصيانة الطرقية في اللاذقية, للحصول على نظام محلي مرن يتبع منهجية جديدة في معالجة المعلومات وإظهارها عبر تقنيات الـGIS بالشكل الذي يساعد على اتخاذ القرار المتعلق بالصيانة. ولهذا الغرض نفذ بحث تجريبي لإدارة صيانة الرصف على مجموعة من الطرق التابعة للمؤسسة العامة للمواصلات الطرقية, حيث قسمت الطرق المدروسة إلى وصلات وقطاعات طرقية, ثم تم تقييم حالة سطح الرصف لها, بالاعتماد على طريقة معهد الإسفلت (Asphalt Institute Method), حيث تم التوصل بموجبها إلى مؤشر رقمي عن حالة الرصف, الذي دل بدوره على طريقة الصيانة اللازمة لذلك الرصف, واعتمادا على نظم المعلومات الجغرافية تم تصميم وبناء قاعدة بيانات فاعلة خاصة بالطرق, تعكس واقع الطرق المدروسة وتمكننا من تخزين وتحليل وتوثيق بيانات حالة سطح الرصف وربطها بالخرائط الرقمية التي تم انجازها, وهذا ضمن الوصول السريع والمباشر إلى مختلف البيانات والحلول, عبر توزيع الطرق وفق قطاعات تظهر كل قطاع بلون يعكس حالته الفنية حسب الغاية من الخريطة و بالشكل الذي يساعد على اتخاذ القرار المتعلق بالصيانة . This research highlights the vital role of Pavement Management Systems integrated with Geographic Information Systems in planning and managing road maintenance in Lattakia, and getting a flexible local system by following a new method in processing and viewing information that supports maintenance decision. This study included applying a pilot project for managing pavement maintenance over a group of roads following The General Establishment for Road Communications. Those roads were divided to links and segments then evaluated using the " Asphalt Institute Method ", which gave us a numeric pointer that led in turn to the type of maintenance needed for a particular pavement. In this research, we depended on the Geographic Information Systems to design and build a comprehensive database, that reflected the present condition of the studied roads, and enabled us to store, analyze and document pavement surface condition and link it to the digitized maps of the studied roads. This guaranteed easy and direct access to various kinds of data and solutions as every segment appeared in a different color reflecting its conditions according to the theme of the map. By doing so, we could support the process of taking right maintenance decisions.Downloads
