دراسة العوامل المؤثرة على تصميم المبادل الحراري المستخدم في تجفيف ألواح الزجاج لصناعة الزجاج المزدوج باستخدام برنامج اﻠ Matlab
Abstract
انتشر استخدام الزجاج المزدوج بشكل كبير بما يحققه من عزل حراري، وبالتالي تخفيض في استهلاك الطاقة سواء في التدفئة شتاءً أو في التبريد صيفاً.
دخلت صناعة الزجاج المزدوج في سوريا، وأصبح من الضرورة الملحّة تحقيق وفر في استهلاك الطاقة في عملية تصنيعه، وبشكل خاص في عملية تجفيفه قبل إجراء دمج لوحي الزجاج مع بعضهما، وإنتاج لوح الزجاج المزدوج.
قام الباحث ببناء موديل رياضي للمبادل الحراري المستخدم في تجفيف ألواح الزجاج باستخدام برنامج Matlab، وتمّ من خلاله دراسة تأثير العوامل المختلفة على تصميم المبادل الحراري، بغية الحصول على التصميم الأمثل الذي يضمن تخفيض في استخدام الطاقة في عملية التجفيف.
The use of double glass has spread largely to achieve thermal isolation and reduce the consumption of energy in refrigerating in summer or heating in winter.
The manufacture of double glass has entered in Syria, and become very important necessity for achieving gain in consumption of energy, and specially in the drying process of its before joining tow glasses together and making double panes.
The researcher has prepared mathematical model for heating exchanger which is used in drying of panes by using Matlab program, and by this pattern the researcher has studied the effect of different factors on design of the heating exchanger for finding the optimal design which ensure reducing in using the energy in the drying process.
