دراسة تأثير القطر الأعظمي للحصويات الخشنة في بعض خواص

البيتون الخالي من الرمل

يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة تأثير القطر الأعظمي للحصويات الخشنة في خواص البيتون الخالي من الرمل، تم إعداد ثلاث خلطات بيتونية باستخدام ثلاثة أقطار مختلفة للحصويات الخشنة هي :  mm(9.5, 12.7, 19 ) مع اعتماد قيم ثابتة لكل من نسبة الحصويات إلى الإسمنت (A/C=6) ونسبة الماء إلى الإسمنت (0.42 W/C=) لكل الخلطات. أجريت الفحوصات على البيتون المتصلب لدراسة تأثير القطر الأعظمي للحصويات الخشنة في المقاومة على الضغط البسيط ونسبة الامتصاص والكثافة والمسامية والناقلية الحرارية.

أظهرت النتائج أن زيادة القطر الأعظمي للحصويات الخشنة من mm9.5 إلى mm19 أدى إلى نقصان في الكثافة والمقاومة على الضغط البسيط بشكل واضح، وبالمقابل ازدادت المسامية ونسبة امتصاص الماء مع زيادة القطر الأعظمي للحصويات المستخدمة في الخلطات البيتونية الثلاث.

تزايدت المقاومة على الضغط البسيط بعمر 45 يوماً، من ) 6.69 Mpa ) إلى  ( 11.55 Mpa ) عندما تناقص القطر الأعظمي للحصويات من mm19 إلى mm9.5 .

This work examines the effect of the maximum aggregate size  on the properties of no fines concrete. In this work, three mixes were prepared with three sizes  of coarse aggregate, (9.5, 12.7, and 19) mm, with using fixed values for each coarse aggregate/cement ratio (A/C=6) and water/cement  ratio (W/C=0.42) for all mixes.              Tests are carried out on hardened concrete to investigate the effect of the maximum aggregate size on the compressive strength, porosity%, absorption%, density, and thermal conductivity.

Results showed that increasing the maximum aggregate size from 9.5 to 19 mm for the used mixes reduces the compressive strength and density clearly, on the other hand the  porosity and the absorption  increase with increasing the maximum aggregate size for all studied mixes.

It was found that the compressive strength at 45 days increases from ( 6.69  Mpa) to   ( 11.55  Mpa). when the maximum aggregate size decreases from 19 to 9.5 mm.
