Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumors (GISTs) Symptoms and Percentage of Disease – Diagnostic and Treatment Methods

Abstract

أجريت دراسة إسترجاعية على 46 مريضا ومريضة لديهم ورم لحمة (Gist) راجعوا مستشفى البيروني الجامعي لمعالجة الأورام بدمشق في الفترة ما بين 2016–2010. وكانت الأعراض السريرية بغالبيتها ألم أو انزعاج بطني مترافق أحياناً بالنزف الهضمي, وكان متوسط العمر الأكثر إصابة بين 70–50 عام, 63.04% ذكور مقابل 36.95% إناث.

  • من أهم الوسائل التشخيصية التنظير الهضمي فالوسائل التشخيصية الشعاعية الأخرى مثل الإيكو والإيكو التنظيري و(ct-scan) و(MRI) وpet-scan.
  • النسبة الأكبر لأورام المعدة 50% تليها أورام الأمعاء الدقيقة بنسبة08% - الكولون 8.69% - المستقيم 6.52% - خارج السبيل الهضمي 8.69%.
  • العلاج الجراحي هو الخط الأول للمعالجة وذلك بالاستئصال الجراحي, أما العلاج الدوائي المتمم فهو مهم جداً وذلك بمثبطات التيروزين كيناز (TKIs) مثل الإيماتينيب وغيرها.
