The reality of Application of knowledge management processes at the General Sports Federation branch in Lattakia from the point of view of its workers
Abstract
This study aims to identify the reality of Application of knowledge management in the sports institution, and the researchers used the descriptive approach in the survey method, which was applied to a sample consisting of (33) administrators working in the branch of the General Sports Union in the province of Lattakia, To Achieve The Objectives Of The Study, The Researchers Used A Questionnaire Consisting Of (49) Items distributed under three domains: Recognition of knowledge management concept and its importance, to the degree of Application of knowledge management, and the obstacles of knowledge management Application. and the statistical data were processed Using the statistical program (SPSS), the most prominent results of this study is that the That the degree of practicing knowledge management processes at the General Sports Federation branch in Lattakia governorate from the point of view of the study sample is at the high level.
