تأثير عوامل الصياغة المختلفة على قابلية المد وعلى تحرر الكافئين من هلاميات الكاربوبول
Abstract
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحضير هلاميات كاربوبول حاوية على الكافئين وإلى دراسة العوامل المؤثرة على قابليتها للمد ودراسة خواص تحرر الكافئين (مادة فعالة محبة للماء hydrophilic تم اختيارها كنموذج). استخدم اختبار ستيودنتt-test لتحليل النتائج إحصائياً عند مستوى دلالة 0.05. كانت الهلاميات شفافة عند استخدام الكافئين بتركيز 1% وبتركيز 2% (عند زيادة كمية الكحول). نقصت قابلية الهلامة للمد عند زيادة تركيز الكاربوبول ومع تغير كمية الكافئين (إلا عند 2% كاربوبول) كما تأثرت بنوع المحل المساعد. زادت كمية الكافئين المتحررة مع تناقص كمية الكاربوبول وزيادة كمية الكافئين ونقصت الكمية الكلية المتحررة بوجود الكحول. كان التحرر من نموذج Higuchi أي أن الانتشار هو الآلية الأساسية في تحرر الكافئين من هذه الهلاميات. The objective of this study was to prepare acceptable carbopol gels and to evaluate the factors influencing the spreadability and release properties of a model hydrophilic compound (caffeine). Results were analyzed statistically using student t-test. The gels were transparent at 1 and at 2% caffeine (with alcohol). Spreadability was decreased when carbopol was increased and when caffeine quantity was changed (except at 2% carbopol). Spreadability was affected statistically with change of cosolvent. Released caffeine quantity (%) was increased with decreasing of carbopol quantity and increasing of caffeine quantity introduced in the formula. Total caffeine quantity (%) was decreased with alcohol presence. Caffeine release followed Higuchi pattern, e.g. diffusion was the principal mechanism of caffeine release from these formulas.Downloads
