تقييم فعالية جبيرة كبح إشارات الحس العميقة لمثلث التوائم (Nociceptive trigeminal inhibition) NTI-TSS في معالجة الاضطرابات الفكية الصدغية
Abstract
يهدف هذا البحث إلى تقييم فعالية جبيرة كبح إشارات الحس العميقة لمثلث التوائم NTI-TSS (tension suppression system- INHIBITION trigeminal nociceptive ) في معالجة الاضطرابات الفكية الصدغيةTMD Disorder) temporomandibular) باستخدام التخطيط العضلي الكهربائي EMG(Electromyography) ، تم اختيار15 مريضا لديهم اضطراب فكي صدغي TMD .اجري لهم فحص سريري شامل وفق استمارة الفحص الخاصة بذلك ، ثم اجري لهم تخطيط عضلي كهربائي للعضلات الماضغة للحصول على مخطط يبين حالة العضلات الماضغة قبل وبعد تطبيق مرحلة العلاج باستخدام الجبيرة NTI-TSS لمدة ثمانية أسابيع ليلا . تم جمع البيانات الخاصة واجراء الدراسات الاحصائية المناسبة : زادت الأدوار من 375.3 إلى 423.18 للجهة اليسرى ،و 358.7 إلى 408.87 للجهة اليمنى ؛كما زادت السعات من 136.88 إلى 176.66للجهة اليمنى ؛و 136.24الى 164.9 للجهة اليسرى ، وهذا يدل على فعالية الجبيرة في تخفيف أعراض وعلامات الاضطرابات الفكية الصدغية ، و جدوى استخدامها كجبيرة مريحة الصنع و سهلة الاستخدام لدى الطبيب والمريض . This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of NTI-TSS splint (Tension suppression system- Inhibition trigeminal nociceptive) in the treatment of TMD (temporomandibular Disorder ) by using the EMG Electromyography. Fifteen patients have TMD were selected for this study. They were examined according to special examination form. EMG examinations for the masseter musclses before and after treatment by NTI splint for eight weeks every night were collected and anylysed.The results showed that : Turns increased from 375.3 to 423.18 left side and 358.7 to 408.87 right side, also amptiludes increased from 136.88 to 176.66 the right side, and 136.24 to 164.9 on the left side. It can be concluded that splint was effective in relieving symptoms and signs of TMD, and it found that NTI is comfortable splint , and easy to use by a Doctor and patient.Downloads
