القلب النابض في المجازات الاكليلية لماذا؟ تاريخيا وفوائد الاستخدام
Abstract
تم في هذا البحث دراسة القلب النابضة لثلاثين مريضاً تم إجراء عمل جراحي لهم/ مجازات إكليلية/ على قلب نابض في مشفى الأسد الجامعي في اللاذقية وقد بين البحث أن جراحة القلب النابض تكنيك آمن يمكنه أن يحقق إجراء تروية إكليلية كاملة شرط أن تتم بأيدي حيزة وهي تتجنب مخاطر الاختلاطات الناجمة عن الجراحة باستخدام دارة خارج الجسم والتي يمكن أن تتسبب بسكتة دماغية أو قصور كلوي إضافة إلى الحاجة إلى نقل كميات من الدم. OFF pump coronary artery by pass surgery when It is done by experienced surgeons and with new cardiac stabilizer which allows to perform a complete revascularization with a good results. In additionally OFF PUMP decrease the morbidity coronary artery by pass such as stroke , renal failure and need for blood transfuration.Downloads
