Bacterial Acute Cystitis In Females In sexual-active Age "causal study"

Abstract

The study included 350 female patients in sexual-activity age, admitted to the urinary clinic and the department of surgery and other departments at AL-ASSAD Hospital in Lattakia, due to acute cystitis or any other associated disease.The married were 225 with high rate incidence comparing with 125 unmarried. The infection was uncomplicated in 71% comparing with 29% uncomplicated. They were 15-48 old with high rate incidence in 4th decade 46%. High rates were in low-educated, multi-delivery, breast-feeding mothers, tumors, some habit-addiction, associated diseases, some drugs, mechanical contraceptives, pre-surgical history especially pelvic surgery, in summer and fall, depressed women, manufactured tissues, catheters….E.coli is the common cause of both complicated and uncomplicated infections….

التهاب المثانة الجرثومي الحاد عند النساء في سن النشاط التناسلي – دراسة سببية

بلغ عدد المريضات المصابات بالتهاب المثانة الجرثومي الحاد واللاتي راجعن مشفى الأسد الجامعي في اللاذقية خلال فترة الدراسة الواقعة مابين بداية كانون أول 2015 ولغاية كانون أول 2016 350 مريضة, بلغ عدد المتزوجات منهن 225 مريضة مع تواتر إصابة أعلى مقارنة مع 125 مريضة غير متزوجة.. كان الخمج بدئي لدى 71% من المريضات مقابل 29% من ذوات الخمج ثانوي.. تراوحت أعمار المريضات بين 15-48 سنة مع معدل حدوث أعلى في العقد الرابع من العمر بنسبة 46%..كانت نسبة النساء المتعلمات في العينة أعلى 71.4% رغم أن تواتر الإصابة كان أعلى لدى السيدات غير المتعلمات.. كما لوحظ أن تواتر الإصابات كان أعلى لدى:

-السيدات الولودات مقارنة مع قليلات الولادة أو اللاتي لم يحملن و ينجبن بعد.. و لدى السيدات المرضعات.

-مريضات الأورام خاصة الأورام البولية و بوجود أحد أنماط العلاجات الورمية المتممة أو المشاركة فيما بينها..

-وجود مرض جهازي مرافق... و باستخدام مثبطات المناعة والكورتيكوستيروئيدات والصادات الحيوية واسعة الطيف...

-استخدام موانع الحمل الميكانيكية بما فيها الواقي الذكري...و لدى المريضات اللاتي يستعملن القثاطر البولية خصوصا الدائمة منها...

-المريضات اللاتي في سوابقهن إجراءات جراحية حوضية خصوصا ... و لاحظنا من خلال الدراسة نسبة حدوث أعظمي خلال أشهر الصيف و الخريف...و بأن معدلات الإصابة تزداد طردا مع ازدياد درجة سوء الحالة النفسية...و بأن الخمج لدى السيدات اللاتي يستعملن الملابس القطنية أقل بكثير من نظيراتهن اللاتي يستعملن الأنسجة الصناعية الأخرى..أما بالنسبة للعادات و الممارسات اليومية كالتدخين و الكحول و الرياضة و تناول الشوكولا و القهوة....فقد تبين لدينا أنه لا يمكن اتهام إحدى تلك العادات بشكل مباشر و واضح بزيادة معدل الإصابة بالتهاب المثانة الحاد أو إنقاصه...و توصلنا إلى أن الإيشيرشياكولي  أو العصيات الكولونية هي الجراثيم الأشيع المسببة لالتهاب المثانة الحاد بنمطيه ئانوي و البدئي....لذا غالبا ما توجه المعالجة تجاه هذا النوع من الجراثيم...
