تحديد مشاكل وصعوبات التدريب العملي من وجهة نظر مدربي العملي في كلية التمريض- جامعة تشرين (دراسة وصفية)
Abstract
Thestudy aimed to identify problems and difficulties of clinical training from the viewpoints of clinical trainers in Faculty of Nursing -Tishreen University. The study sample consisted of 40 clinical trainers who were presented during period of data collection (convenient sample), the researcher developed a questionnaire based on contemporary references, and consisted of a three-sections: problems and difficulties related to planning practical training, problems and difficulties related to the implementation of the training session, and problems and difficulties related to students' evaluation.The main results of this study were :That most problems and difficulties in the practical training process according to the views of practical trainers were in the planning stage for practical training, and then at the stage of practical evaluation of the students, and the least in the implementation phase of practical training. The results also showed a lack of statistically significant differences in the average between the views of practical trainers about the problems and difficulties of practical training due to sex, educational qualification or competence, or years of experience in the practical training of the students.هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد مشاكل وصعوبات التدريب العملي من وجهة نظر مدربي العملي في كلية التمريض -جامعة تشرين. حيث تكونت العينة من 40 مدرب عملي ممن تواجدوا أثناء فترة تجميع البيانات (العينة المتاحة). طور الباحث أداة البحث على شكل استبيان اعتماداً على المراجع الحديثة, و تكونت الأداة من ثلاثة محاور: محور مشاكل وصعوبات التخطيط للتدريب العملي, ومحور المشاكل والصعوبات المتعلقة بتنفيذ جلسة التدريب, ومحور المشاكل والصعوبات المتعلقة بالتقويم العملي للطلبة.
من أهم النتائج التي أظهرتها الدراسة: أن أكثر المشاكل والصعوبات في عملية التدريب العملي وفقاً لوجهات نظر مدربي العملي هي في مرحلة التخطيط للتدريب العملي, ثم في مرحلة التقويم العملي للطلبة, وأقلها في مرحلة تنفيذ التدريب العملي. كما بينت النتائج عدم وجود فروق دالة احصائياً في بين متوسط وجهات نظر مدربي العملي حول مشاكل وصعوبات التدريب العملي تعزى إلى الجنس أو المؤهل العلمي أو الاختصاص أو سنوات الخبرة في التدريب العملي للطلبة.
