نتائج جراحة القلس المعدي المريئي التنظيرية في مشفيي الأسد وتشرين الجامعيين في اللاذقية

Abstract

يعتبر القلس المعدي المريئي أحد أكثر الأمراض انتشاراً على مستوى العالم وأهم الأعراض التي يسببها هي الحرقة المريئية الصاعدة خلف القص وهو يتطلب علاجاً جراحياً في بعض الحالات المتقدمة.

أجريت الدراسة على عشرين مريضاً خضعوا للجراحة التنظيرية المضادة للقلس  في مشفيي الأسد وتشرين الجامعيين باللاذقية في الفترة  ما بين 2011-2017 وتمت متابعتهم لمدة ستة أشهر على الأقل بعد الجراحة.

أظهر تحليل النتائج فعالية تامة لهذه الجراحة من حيث غياب الأعراض السريرية لدى المرضى وانعدام الحاجة للعلاج الدوائي التالي للجراحة مع غياب للاختلاطات الكبرى وحدوث لعسرة البلع المؤقتة في 15% فقط من الحالات.

المقارنة مع دراسات  أخرى أظهرت نتائج متقاربة من حيث الفعالية و الاختلاطات.

بنتيجة الدراسة توصلنا إلى أن هذه الجراحة منخفضة الخطورة، قليلة الاختلاطات وذات فعالية عالية.

Gastroesophageal reflux is one of the most common diseases in the world and his most important symptoms is the heartburn. He requires surgical treatment in some advanced cases.

The study was performed on 20 patients who underwent laparoscopic anti-reflux surgery in Al-Assad and tishreen university hospitals in Lattakia between 2011-2017 and were followed for at least six months after surgery.

The analysis of the results showed a complete efficacy of this surgery in terms of absence of clinical symptoms in patients and no need for medical treatment after surgery,  Absence of major complications and temporary swallowing only in 15% of cases.

Comparison with other studies has shown similar results in terms of effectiveness and complications.

As a result of the study, we concluded that this surgery is low risk,  highly effective, and has few complications.
