تقييم مشاعر الأطفال تجاه الخدمات السنية في قسم طب أسنان الأطفال في كلية طب الأسنان بجامعة تشرين
Abstract
أجري هذا البحث بهدف تقييم مشاعر الأطفال تجاه الخدمات السنية العلاجية المقدمة في قسم طب أسنان الأطفال في كلية طب الأسنان – جامعة تشرين وذلك من خلال أربعة محاور استهدفت مشاعر / الخوف - القلق – الانزعاج – الرغبة (الحب والتفضيل) / ومحور خامس يستهدف تقييم المشاعر بعد المعالجة. شملت عينة البحث385 طفلاً /191 ذكور وَ 194 إناث/ تراوحت أعمارهم بين /4-12/ سنة حضروا إلى كلية طب الأسنان في الفترة الممتدة بين 1/10/2015 – 1/6/2016 حيث تم اعتماد النموذج الاستبياني في الحصول على البيانات من خلال استمارات استبيان وُزعت على الطلاب. حللت النتائج إحصائياً باستخدام الحزمة 20 من البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS.
بلغت المتوسطات الحسابية لمشاعر: الخوف=2.96 ، القلق=2.74 ، الرغبة (الحب والتفضيل)=3.56 ، المشاعر بعد المعالجة=3.37 ، الانزعاج من المعاملة=1.82 ، الرغبة بتكرار الزيارة=3.97 . بالنتيجة: معظم الأطفال كانوا محايدين بمشاعرهم، فهم غير خائفين وغير قلقين وغير منزعجين من هذه الخدمات، ويرغبون بتكرار الزيارة مقابل نسبة ضئيلة 9.9% أبدوا انزعاجهم و5.6% لا يرغبون بتكرار الزيارة.
نستنتج أن مشاعر الأطفال ورغبتهم بتلقي المعالجة في القسم أو تكرار الزيارة كانت تتعلق بأسلوب تعامل الطلاب من جهة وبمظهر القسم وتجهيزاته من جهة أخرى.
This study aims to assess the feelings of children toward dental treatment in the department of pediatric dentistry in order to point the reason of dental fear. The sample includes 385 children (191 males, 194 females, aged 4-12 years) come to faculty of dentistry between 1/10/2015 – 1/6/2016. The questionnaire form was adapted. Data were analyzed using statistical program SPSS.
SMA was: fear = 2.96 , anxiety = 2.82 , trouble = 2.74 , like (desire, preference) = 3.56 , feelingsafter treatment = 3.37 , discomfort of the transaction = 1.82 , desire to repeat the visit = 3.97. The result showed most of the children were not afraid, not worried, not upset, and they like to repeat. While 9.9% trouble and 6.5% don't like to repeat it. We concluded that the dental services in p.d department are effective and acceptable.
