العوامل المؤدية للأخطاء الدوائية في مشفى تشرين الجامعي من وجهة نظر الكادر التمريضي
Abstract
تعتبر الأخطاء الدوائية من أشيع الأخطاء الطبية, التي قد تتسبب في حدوث المضاعفات عند المرضى, وأول من يتعامل مع تلك الأخطاء هم الكادر التمريضي, لذلك تهدف الدراسة الوصفية الحالية إلى التعرف على العوامل المؤدية لحدوث الأخطاء الدوائية في مشفى تشرين الجامعي من وجهة نظر 48 ممرضة يعملن في قسم الداخلية وذلك باستخدام أداة مناسبة لهدف الدراسة, وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن أهم العوامل التي تؤدي إلى الأخطاء الدوائية هي عدم القدرة على قراءة التعليمات بسبب سوء خط الطبيب, وعدم تفسير تعليمات الطبيب بشكل صحيح, وكثرة ضغط العمل و التعب, والتوتر وقلة النوم, والمقاطعة و التشتيت أثناء العمل من قبل شخص آخر, والإزعاج خلال العمل. وقد أوصت الدراسة بعمل دورات تثقيفية للكادر التمريضي في المشفى حول موضوع العوامل المسببة للأخطاء الدوائية وسبل الوقاية من تأثراتها, واطلاع الأطباء والممرضين العاملين والمسؤولين في المشفى بنتائج هذه الدراسة, ووضع هذه النتائج ضمن اعتبار مصممي السياسات للمشفى بغية وضع القواعد والاستراتيجيات التي تتجاوز تأثير هذه العوامل لضمن سلامة المريض, وإجراء دراسات مماثلة في عدة مشافي للتأكد من نتائج الدراسة.
Medication errors are the most common medical errors, which may cause complications in patients, nursing staff are the first one who deal with these errors, so the current descriptive study aim to identify the factors leading to the Medication errors at Tishreen University Hospital from the Point of view of 48 nurses working at internal department by using suitable tool for the study object. The study found that the most important factors that lead to medication errors are the inability to read instructions because of the poor doctor's line, Inability to interpret physician order correctly, the Heavy workload and fatigue, tension and Lack of sleep, and interruption and Distract during Work by someone else, inconvenience during work. The study recommended to establishment of educational courses for the nursing staff in the hospital on the subject of the factors causing the Medication errors and ways to prevent their effects, to inform the doctors and nurses working at hospital about the results of this study, put these results in the consideration of policy makers of the hospital to develop rules and strategies that exceed the impact of these factors to include Patient safety, and similar studies in several hospitals to ascertain the results of the study.
