دراسة انتشار الاضطرابات التطورية العددية والحجمية والشكلية في الأسنان الدائمة عند الأطفال بعمر (13-15) سنة في مدينة اللاذقية .
Abstract
الهدف من البحث: دراسة انتشار الاضطرابات التطورية السنية في العدد والحجم والشكل وذلك في الأسنان الدائمة للأطفال بعمر (13- 15) سنة في مدينة اللاذقية ..
المواد والطرائق: تألفت عينة البحث من 1219 طفلاً و طفلة تراوحت أعمارهم بين 13و15عاماً من طلاب المدارس في مدينة اللاذقية . تم فحص الأطفال سريرياً وشعاعياً بعد الحصول على المعلومات الشخصية والصحية من خلال الاستجواب المباشر للطفل وعند الضرورة العودة للأهل والطبيب المعالج وذلك لتحري وجود الاضطرابات السنية التالية ( الأسنان الزائدة , غيبة الأسنان , كبر الحجم , صغر الحجم , الالتحام , التضاعف ,الحدبات الزائدة ) .
النتائج : أظهرت نتائج الدراسة انتشار الاضطرابات التطورية السنية في العدد والحجم والشكل بنسبة 6,2% , لم يلاحظ وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تكرارات وجود الاضطرابات السنية بين مجموعتي الذكور و الإناث في عينة البحث . كانت الاضطرابات السنية في حجم الأسنان هي الأعلى نسبة من بين الاضطرابات المدروسة وبلغت 3,53% يليها الاضطرابات السنية في عدد الأسنان 2,38% ثم الاضطرابات السنية في شكل الأسنان 0,49% .
الاستنتاجات : تحدث الاضطرابات السنية التطورية بنسب متنوعة , هذه الاضطرابات يمكن أن تكون السبب في العديد من المشاكل السنية , لذلك فإن الفحص الدقيق والاستقصاء المناسب مطلوبان لتشخيص الحالة و الوقاية من المشاكل اللاحقة .
The aim of the study: study the prevalence of dental anomalies in number , size and shape in the permanent teeth of children (13-15)years old in Lattakia city.
Materials and Methods:The study sample consisted of 1219 children boys and children girls , their ages ranged between 13-15 years from the school children of Lattakia city . The children were examined clinically and radiographically after obtaining personal and medical information through direct investigation of the child and asking the parents when necessary , in order to investigate the presence of the following dental anomalies
( Supernumerary Teeth , Hypodontia , Macrodontia , Microdontia , Fusion , Gemination , Extra cusps )
Results: The results of this study showed the prevalence of dental anomalies in number, size and shape was 6.2% , there was no significant difference in presence of dental anomalies between males and females groups in the research sample .
The denal anomalies in size were the most prevalence among the studied anomalies and come to 3.53% , followed by denal anomalies in number 2.38% then denal anomalies in shape 0.49% .
Conclusions: Dental anomalies occurs in different frequencies in Lattakia city , this anomalies may be the cause of various dental problems , so the careful examination and appropriate investigations are required to diagnose the
condition and prevention of the next problems .
