Abstract

شملت الدراسة 212 مريضة قسمت إلى مجموعتين.

المجموعة A: تم استئصال رحم عن طريق المهبل بالطريقة الكلاسيكية وكان عدد المريضات 181 مريضة.

المجموعة B: تم استئصال رحم بالاستعانة بالتنظير البطني وكان عدد المريضات 31 مريضة.

1- العمر الوسطي لمريضات المجموعة A هو 56 سنة بينما مريضات المجموعة B هو 52 سنة.

2- مدة الاستشفاء في المجموعة A هي 7,11 يوماً بينما في المجموعة B هي 5,9 يوماً.

3- بدراسة الاستطبابات الجراحية وجدنا في المجموعة A أن الهبوط التناسلي هو الاستطباب الأشيع (53،04%) بينما في المجموعة B وجدنا أن النزف الطمثي هو الاستطباب الأشيع (32,25%).

4- نسبة استئصال الملحقات في المجموعة A (18,78%) والمجموعة B (67.7%).

5- بدراسة الاختلاطات وجدنا في المجموعة A: أن النزف هو الاختلاط الأكثر شيوعاً( 5.52%) بينما في المجموعة B كان فتح البطن خلال العمل الجراحي هو الاختلاط الأكثر شيوعاً (6,44%).

Cette étude est faite sur 212 patientes, divisées en deux groupes:

A : consiste en 181 patientes, pour lesquelles on a fait une hystérectomie vaginale classique.

B: consiste en 31 patientes pour lesquelles on a fait une hystérectomie vaginale avec

l’utilisation de la coelioscopie .

 

1- L’âge moyen des patientes était 56 ans en groupe A, et 52 ans en groupe B .

2- La durée de l’ hospitalisation était 7,11 jours en groupe A et 5.9 jours en groupe B.

3- L’indication chirurgicale principale était le prolapsus en groupe A (53.04%) et la ménorragie en groupe B (32.25%).

4- Le pourcentage de l’annexectomie était (18.78%) en groupe A  contre (67.7%)  en groupe B.

5- La complication principale était l`hémorragie en groupe A (5.52%), et la laprotomie en groupe B (6.44%).
