استقصاء البيلة الدموية عند الرجال في سن أكثر من 40 سنة و ذلك في مشفى الأسد الجامعي باللاذقيّة
Abstract
أجريت دراسة استقصائية لـ 150 مريضاً ذكراً تجاوزت أعمارهم الأربعين عاماً, مصابين ببيلة دمويّة عيانيّة أو مجهريّة. و قد أظهرت النتائج بعد إجراء الاستقصاءات المناسبة عن وجود أورام بوليّة خبيثة عند 89 مريضاً أي بنسبة )59.33%( ، في حين أن 26 مريضاً (17.33%) وجد عندهم حصيات بوليّة و 10 مرضى(6.66%) كان لديهم إنتان في السبيل البولي ، و 25 مريضاً ( 16.66%) كان لديهم ضخامة موثة حميدة .
من بين المرضى الـ 89 الذين كشف عندهم وجود أورام بوليّة خبيثة ، 41 مريضاً ( 37.33% ) كان لديهم بيلة دموية مترافقة بأعراض بوليّة سفليّة و 48 مريضاً ( 32% ) كانت البيلة الدمويّة لا عرضيّة . هذه النتائج تؤكّد أهميّة البيلة الدمويّة كعرض هام وكاشف للخباثة عند الرجال فوق سن الأربعين .
A study was performed on 150 men over 40 years with gross or microscopic haematuria. The results showed after appropriate investigations that the urologic cancers were found in 89 patients (59.33%); 26 patients (17.33%) have stones; 10 patients 6.66%)) have urinary tract infection and 25 patients ( 16.66%) have benign prostatic hyperplasia .
From the 89 patients who have urologic cancers, 41 patients (37.33%) have symptomatic haematuria and 48 patients (32%) have asymptomatic haematuria. These results emphasize the importance of the haematuria as a significant alarming symptom for cancers in the men above 40 years.
