مقارنة الانطباق الحفافي لمعدن التيتانيوم مع خليطة معدنية غير ثمينة وأثر خبزالخزف على هذا الانطباق
Abstract
تم عمل نموذج من الستانلس ستيل لثنية علوية محضرة بشكل شبه كتف ، ثم تم عمل 20 قلنسوة شمعية على هذا النموذج بسماكات متساوية .
قمنا بصب 10 عينات من القلنسوات الشمعية بمعدن التيتانيوم النقي تجاريا ، وصب 10 عينات بالخليطة المعدنية ceraplus .
تم تحديد نقاط أربع لقياس الإنطباق الحفافي ، ثم أجري القياس بواسطة مجهر مزود بكاميرا ذات دقة قياس تصل إلى 0,5 ميكرون في كلية الهندسة الميكانيكية في جامعة تشرين .
بينت النتائج قيم متباينة في الفراغات الحفافية ما بين 14-154 ميكرون ، ثم أخذت القيم المتوسطية لكل مجموعة قياس ، نتيجة ذلك تبين إن معدن التيتانيوم هو أفضل من حيث الإنطباق الحفافي منه في الخليطة المعدنية ceraplus ، كما تبين أن خبز الخزف على كلا المعدنين يزيد الفراغ الحفافي في كلا الحالتين( 5-17 ميكرون ) وبنسبة أقل في معدن التيتانيوم النقي تجاريا .
A stainless steel model was made as a tooth prepared with a chamfer margin. Twenty caps of wax of the same thickness were designed upon this model. Ten samples of this wax cap were molded into commercially pure Titanium, and another ten samples were molded into a metallic Ceraplus. Four measuring points were specified at the center of each of the tooth's surfaces. The measuring was made by a microscope equipped with a camera that has a measuring accuracy of up to 0,5 micron. The results showed different values ranging between 14 and 154 micron in the marginal fit; the medium values were taken for each set of these measures. Titanium proved to be the best for marginal fit. It was also shown that firing ceramics on both metals increased the marginal discrepancies in both cases, but to a lesser extent in the case of commercially pure Titanium
