Abstract

تم إجراء الدراسة على 42 مريضاً ومريضة ( 22 أنثى و20 ذكرا ) من مراجعي مشفى الأسد الجامعي في محافظة اللاذقية تراوحت أعمارهم بين 25 و 75 سنة وذلك خلال فترة سنة ، وكان الهدف من البحث دراسة أفراد العائلة، ونسبة حدوث الاختلاطات، ودراسة الوظيفة الكلوية. اجريت الدراسة في مشفى الأسد الجامعي باللاذقية، حيث تم إجراء صورة إيكوغرافي للبطن لجميع المرضى و أفراد العائلات الممسوحة إضافة إلى تحاليل مخبرية
( فحص بول و راسب، تصفية الكرياتنين ، كرياتنين الدم ). وكانت النتائج على الشكل التالي :

  • يتم اكتشاف الكلية العديدة الكيسات (PKD)  لدى أغلب المرضى في العقدين الثالث والرابع من العمر.
  • إن الازدياد الكبير والهام لحجم الكليتين هو التظاهرة الأهم للكلية العديدة الكيسات.
  • كانت أهم التظاهرات خارج الكلوية للمرض هي الكيسات الكبدية.
  • حدث المرض الكلوي النهائي (ESRD) لدى المرضى في عمر 50 سنة وسطياً.

This study was carried on a group of 42 patients ( 22 females and 20 males, with an age ranging from 25 to 75 years ) who suffered of Polycystic Kidney Disease (PKD) at Al Asad Hospital, Lattakia, Syria, in one year. The study aimed to investigate the family members, complications, and the renal function. An abdominal echography was made for all patients and members of scanned families, in addition to and laboratory tests ( Urine test, Serum Creatinine, Creatinine Clearance ).

 

Results were as follows:

  • The age of onset for PKD ( Polycystic Kidney Disease) is 20-40 years in most of patients.
  • Massive and big enlargement of kidneys is the most important manifestation of the disease.
  • Major extrarenal manifestation of the disease is liver cysts.
  • The age of onset for ERSD in PKD is 50 years in average.
