دراسة إحصائية لعمليات استئصال الرحم في مشفى الأسد الجامعي في اللاذقية
Abstract
تم إجراء البحث في مشفى الأسد الجامعي في اللاذقية في الفترة الواقعة بين 1/4/2008-1/10/2009 بهدف إجراء دراسة حول استئصال الرحم بشكليه البطني والمهبلي ,حيث تبين لدينا أن نسبة المريضات اللاتي خضعن لاستئصال رحم من مجموع مرضى قسم النسائية هو 4.2 %تم إجراء الاستئصال لديهن عن طريق البطن في 70%من الحالات, وعن طريق المهبل في 30 %من الحالات.
كان الاستطباب الأهم لإجراء الاستئصال هو وجود ورم ليفي, حيث يشكل نسبة 38.9%من الحالات بشكل عام.
كانت الاختلاطات قليلة بشكل عام بنسبة 6.6 %لدى مجموع المريضات.
This research was performed at Al-Assad University Hospital in Lattakia between 1/4/2008 and 1/10/2009 to study the two types of hystectomy: abdominal and vaginal. Of the all patients of the department, we found out that the rate of patients who underwent the operation was 4.2%. 70% of cases were performed by the abdominal rate, and 30 % by the vaginal rate. Of all cases, the most important indication was that the rate uterine myoma was 38.09%; complications were rare and formed about 6.6 % of all patients.
