دراسة انتشار الاضطرابات التطورية السنية في اللون والشكل عند أطفال المدارس في مدينة جبلة

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد نسبة انتشار الاضطرابات السنية في اللون والشكل عند أطفال المدارس في مدينة جبلة ، أجري الفحص السريري على عينة عشوائية مؤلفة من 621 طفلاً وطفلة من المدارس الابتدائية في مدينة جبلة ، وقد تم توزيع استمارة مرفقة بالدراسة . الدراسة الإحصائية تمت باستخدام البرنامج SPSS  واختبار كاي مربع X )2 (  Chi square. أظهرت النتائج أن 5.92 % من الأطفال مصابون باضطرابات تطورية سنية متعددة حيث بلغت نسبة الاضطرابات في لون الأسنان 12.7% من مجموع الأطفال المصابين باضطرابات تطورية متعددة ، وكانت عند الذكور7.9 % وعند الإناث 4.8%  . وبلغت نسبة الاضطرابات في شكل الأسنان 23.1 % من مجموع المصابين باضطرابات تطورية متعددة وكانت عند الذكور ضعف النسبة عند الإناث ( 15.4%  و7.7% على التوالي ) .

 

The aim of this study is to calculate the prevalence of dental anomalies of color and shape among school children in the City of Jableh. The sample includes 621 school children wearing uniform in Jableh city, using clinical examination. Statistical analysis for variables clinical has been assessed, using SPSS program and Chi square test (X)2.

The results show that 5.92% of the examined children have dental anomalies of color were 12.7% . It was in females 7.9 % and in males 4.8 % . Anomalies of shape were 23.1 %, it was double in females than in males (15.4 %, 7.7 %).
