تقييم أداء السيدات حول تقنية الإرضاع الطبيعي قبل برنامج التثقيف الصحي وبعده

Abstract

هدف هذا البحث إلى تقييم آداء السيدات حول تقنية الإرضاع الطبيعي قبل برنامج التثقيف الصحي وبعده.
وقد أنجزت هذه الدراسة في ثلاث مراحل. المرحلة الأولى ارتبطت بتقييم أداء السيدات بالنسبة لتقنية الإرضاع الطبيعي  قبل التثقيف الصحي أما المرحلة الثانية فقد تم فيها تقديم  برنامج التثقيف الصحي حول تقنية الإرضاع الطبيعي. وفي المرحلة الثالثة أعيد تقييم أداء الأمهات بالنسبة لتقنية الإرضاع الطبيعي بعد برنامج التثقيف الصحي خلال أسبوع واحد من الزيارة الأولى. وقد استخدمت استمارة  ملاحظة تقنية الإرضاع الطبيعي التي ترجمت إلى اللغة العربية لجمع البيانات الخاصة بالبحث. وقد طبقت هذه الاستمارة على 100 سيدة تم اختيارهن بالطريقة العشوائية من العيادة الخارجية للأطفال لمركز حي العائدين في مدينة اللاذقية .

وقد بينت نتائج هذه الدراسة أن 80% أو أكثر من السيدات قد استخدمن  وضعية غير صحيحة أثناء عملية الإرضاع الطبيعي. و أن أكثر من 75% منهن يتبعن طريقة غير صحيحة بالنسبة لعملية مسك الطفل لثدي أمه.  وأن 86% منهن  يرضعن أطفالهن لمدة أقل من 5 دقائق قبل برنامج التثقيف الصحي. وبينت الدراسة الحالية  أيضا أن 93% أو أكثر من الأمهات يستخدمن وضعية صحيحة أثناء عملية الإرضاع الطبيعي. وأن  94% أو أكثر من الأمهات يملكن أداءً صحيحاً فيما يخص المؤشرات السبع لعملية التقاط الطفل لثدي أمه، و 92 % أو أكثر منهن  يرضعن أطفالهن لمدة 15 دقيقة أو أكثر بعد برنامج التثقيف الصحي.

The present study has been conducted to assess women’s performance about breastfeeding technique before and after health education program. The study has been carried out over three stages. The first stage was concerned with assessment of the performance of the sample in relation to breastfeeding technique before health education program. The second stage was concerned with designed a health education program about breastfeeding technique. The third stage was concerned with reassessment of women's performance in relation to breastfeeding technique after health education program during one week of the first visit. However, an observation sheet was translated into Arabic language and used to assess the performance of women in relation to breastfeeding technique before and after health education program. It was administered on a sample of 100 women.  They were randomly selected from the Pediatric outpatient Clinic in (Hi- al-Aadin Center), Lattakia city.

It is observed that (≥80) of the study sample was unaware about the recommended position during breastfeeding, more than three quarter of them have incorrect latch-on technique, and (86%) of the subjects breastfeed their infants less than 5 minutes before health education program. It is also observed that, (≥93 %) of the study sample was aware about the recommended position during breastfeeding, (≥ 94 %) of women have corrects 7 parameters indicative latch-on, and (≥ 92 %) of them breastfeed their infants 15 minutes duration or more after health education program.
