دراسة مقارنة لانتشار المبيضات البيض عند حملة التعويضات السنية الجزئية الثابتة والمتحركة

Abstract

استخدمت عينة مكونة من  (65) مريضاً حاملاً جهازاً جزئياً متحركاً (30 حملة أجهزة فيتاليوم–35 حملة جهاز مرن)– و (89)  مريضاً حاملين تعويضات ثابتة (42 جسور خزفية – 47 جسور صب ذات وجه لدن) وذلك لدراسة انتشار المبيضات البيض عندهم .

لقد تم دراسة تأثير عوامل معينة مثل: الأجهزة التعويضية الجزئية المتحركة- الثابتة– التدخين على نسبة انتشار المبيضات البيض.

كما تم التأكد من أن استخدام التعويضات الجزئية المتحركة  لها دورٌ مهمٌ في زيادة وجود ونمو المبيضات البيض في الفم بالمقارنة مع التعويضات الثابتة.

كان انتشار المبيضات البيض يزداد حسب الترتيب التالي: حملة الجسور الخزفية– الجسور الصب بوجه لدن– أجهزة الفيتاليوم – الأجهزة المرنة .

كما كان انتشار المبيضات البيض عند الذكور أكثر من الإناث عند حملة الأجهزة التعويضية الثابتة والمتحركة

ومن خلال دراسة عامل التدخين تم إثبات دوره كعامل مهم في زيادة نمو المبيضات البيض عند حملة الأجهزة التعويضية الجزئية المتحركة و الثابتة .

وقد وجدنا في دراستنا هذه أن المبيضات البيض تتراكم في دهليز الفم بشكل أكثر من وجودها في المناطق الأخرى من الفم.

In this study, 65 removable partial denture (30 vitallium-35 flexible) . 89 fixed bridge (42 cermec-47acrylice) were examined to determine the candidal carriers state. The Influence of local factors, such denture type removable– fixed-smoking habits and sex on candidal carrier rate have been all Investigated.

Wearing FPD or removable partial denture was considered an Important factor increasing candidal carrier rate. Cigarette smoking is another factor which in creares candidal growth in bridge and partial denture wears candidal colonization rata was found to be higher on vestibule of mouth, increased candidal growth in removable partial denture (flexible).

We found more prevalence of candidal in male wearing removable partial denture and fixed denture.
