سوء التغذية لدى مرضى القصور الكلوي المزمن الموضوعين على التحال الدموي
Abstract
أجريت دراستنا لتقييم الحالة التغذوية لمرضى القصور الكلوي المزمن الموضوعين على التحال الدموي الدائم في مشفى الأسد الجامعي بدمشق واللاذقية ما بين عامي 2009-2010 .
ولقد شملت دراستنا (80) مريضاً كان منهم (37) ذكوراً و (43) إناثاً ولقد خضع كل مريض إلى استجواب كامل وفحص سريري دقيق وفحوص مخبرية عديدة ولقد تم تقييم الحالة التغذوية للمرضى بحسب معايير معتمدة من قبل المنظمة الأوروبية لأمراض الكلية حيث وجد سوء التغذية بحسب هذه المعايير لدى (41.25) % من المرضى بما يحمل ذلك من مخاطر زيادة معدل الإمراضية والوفيات وكذلك مع استشفاء أطول وأكثر تواتراً ، لذلك فقد تم التأكيد على أهمية التقييم التغذوي الدوري لهؤلاء المرضى من أجل تشخيص سوء التغذية وعلاجه باكراً .
Our study is carried out to estimate the nutritional status in patients with chronic renal failure on maintenance hemodialysis at Al-Assad University Hospital in Damascus and Lattakia (2009-2010) .
This study has included (37) males , (43) females . The total group has undergone history , physical examination , biochemical parameters , and nutritional assessment according to the recent European criteria . Malnutrition was found in (41.25) % and this associated with high risk of morbidity , mortality and with longer and more frequently hospitalization , so we Assured the importance of the periodical assessment of the nutritional status for the early diagnosis and treatment .
