مفاغرة مجرى الدمع عن طريق الأنف باستخدام المنظار
Abstract
تمّت دراسة (18) مريضاً يعانون من أعراض انسداد في الطريق الدمعي بهدف معرفة نتائج العلاج الجراحي بالتنظير عبر الأنف مع استخدام الحفّارة الكهربائيّة ومقارنتها مع نتائج الطريقة التقليديّة التي تعتمد المَدخل الخارجي؛ إذ إنَّ جميع المرضى تمّت دراستهم في قسم أمراض العين لتحديد مكان الانسداد وتحديد الحالات التي يمكن أن تستفيد من العلاج بوساطة التنظير. وتمَّ إجراء العمل الجراحي تحت التخدير العام؛ حيثُ وُضِع أنبوب من السيليكون للمرضى جميعهم. كما تمَّ اعتماد معيار النجاح بزوال الأعراض، وذلك بمراقبة المرضى لمدة ستة أشهر وتقييم غياب الانسداد بغسيل مجرى الدمع. وكانت نتائج العمل الجراحي إيجابيّة حالي 89%.
A prospective study on 18 cases of dacryocystic obstruction was done to see the outcome of management by endo-DCR at Al-assad hospital-Lattakia and to look for advantages and disadvantages over Ext-DCR from available data in literature.
All cases were diagnosed clinically by ophthalmologist to identify the site of obstruction, all cases were treated by End-DCR under G A with insertion of silicon probe. Follow up was within 6 months. The parameter of success was the absence of symptoms, especially epiphoria and patency of nasolacrimal duct by syringing and irrigation, the success rate was about 89%and this is comparable to that reported in the literature.
