دراسة الأعمار الزمنيّة الموافقة لمراحل النضج العظمي في منطقة الكف والرسغ بحسب طريقة (Bjork) عند عيِّنة من سكان الساحل السوري
Abstract
يساعد تقييم العمر العظمي في تحديد إمكانيّة تطبيق المعالجة التقويميّة الوظيفيّة. يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة الأعمار الزمنيّة الموافقة لمراحل النضج العظمي لمنطقة الكف والرسغ بحسب طريقة بيورك عند عيّنة من سكان الساحل السوري. تكوّنت عيّنة البحث من (200) مريضاً (100 ذكر و100 أنثى)؛ تراوحت أعمارهم بين (8-18) سنة. أجريت لهم صورة شعاعيّة لكف اليد اليسرى، وتمَّ تحديد متوسطات الأعمار الموافقة لمراحل النضج العظمي المعتمدة في طريقة Bjork، وكانت النتائج على الشكل التالي: المرحلة (PP2=) وتحدث بمتوسط عمر (9.2) سنة عند الذكور و(8.1) سنة عند الإناث، في مقابل متوسط عمر (9.9)، (8.6) سنة للمرحلة (MP3=) و(10.9)، (9.2) سنة للمرحلة (Pisi-H1-R=) و(12.5)، (10.9) سنة للمرحلة (S-H2)، و(14.9)، (12.5) سنة للمرحلة (MP3cap)، و(15.2)، (13.5) سنة للمرحلة ((DP3u، و(15.9)، (14.6) سنة للمرحلة (PP3u)، و(16.5)، (15.09) سنة للمرحلة (MP3u)، و(17.9)، (16.4) سنة للمرحلة (Ru) على الترتيب. واستنتجنا وجود قيم خاصة بمتوسّطات مراحل النضج العظميفي منطقة الدراسة.
The evaluation of skeletal age helps to determine the possibility of application of orthodontic functional therapy. This research aimed at studying the chronological ages of the skeletal maturation stages in hand-wrist radiograph in the Syrian coast population .
The sample consisted of 200 patients (100 males and 100 females) which are aged between (8-18) years. The average age was determined for every maturation stage according to Bjork method. The results were: the stage (PP2=) occurs in average age (9.2) years in males and (8.1) years in females, (9.9) . (8.6) for stage (MP3=), (10.9) .(9.1) for stage (Pisi- H1-R) and (12.5) . (10.9) for stage (S-H2), and (14.9). (12.5) for stage (MP3cap) and (15.2). (13.5) for stage (DP3u), and (15.9). (14.6) for stage (PP3u), and (16.5). (15.09) for stage (MP3u), and (17.9). (16.4) for stage (Ru) respectively. We concluded that we have special values for skeletal maturation ages in Syrian coast region.
