خصائص الاكتئابات في سوريا وتكرار أعراضها
Abstract
قمنا في هذا البحث بدراسة (171) حالة اكتئابية, في العيادة المهنية للأمراض النفسية (جامعة البعث). تم دراسة كل حالات الاكتئاب التي راجعت العيادة خلال عام 2002, حيث كان التركيز على الأعراض خاصة, لمختلف أشكال الاكئتاب. وذلك بهدف التعرف على خصائص الاكتئاب في بلادنا, من أجل المساعدة على اكتشاف المزيد من الحالات المرضية ومعالجتها.
أظهرت الدراسة أن نسبة الذكور إلى الإناث هي 1/1.6, متوسط أعمار المرضى عند بدء المرض 33.9 سنة (S=11.8). 69% من الحالات كانت بين الـ 20-45سنة, نسبة المتزوجين قاربت 3/4 المرضى, لم تتجاوز الاكتئابات الشديدة ال 20%, بينما شكلت الاكتئابات المتوسطة والخفيفة حوالي الـ 80%.
شوهد اضطراب القلق (قلق معمم – هلع) عند حوالي نصف المرضى, اضطراب الرهاب رافق 14% منهم, والاضطراب الوسواسي القهري 4%. كما عانى 12.9% من المجموعة من اضطرابات جسدية.
قسمنا الأعراض حسب تكرارها إلى 3 مجموعات :
1- كثيرة: ملل وضجر 77.2%, فقد المتعة 70.7%, اضطراب الشهية والوزن 69.5% اضطراب النوم 59%.
2- متوسطة: تعب 50.8%, نقص النشاطات 41.5%, الحزن 30%.
3- قليلة: الاضطرابات النفس حركية25%, الجنسية 25%, التركيز 23.3%, الأفكار الانتحارية 22.8%, الشعور بالذنب 14%, المحاولات الانتحارية 5.8%.
We have studied in this research a cohort of 171 depressed patients, who visited the occupational clinic of psychiatry (Al Baath University).
The cohort has been selected from depressed patients which visited the clinic during 2002. symptoms frequency were studied with special attention in various formes of depressions, aiming to recognize more about depression in our country, and to treat them as early as possible.
Male to female ratio was 1/1.6, the average age of the cohort (at the first episode) was 33.9 years (S=11.8). 66% of them were between 20-45 year old, married patients were seen in ¾ of the cohort, we found severe depressions in about 20% of cases, mild and moderate depressions in the other 80%.
About 50% of depressions were associated with anxiety disorder
(Generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder), 14.1% suffered from phobic disorder, and 4.9% from (O.C.D). Somatic disorders accompanied 12.9% of the group.
We divided depressive symptoms in 3 categories:
- With high frequency; helplessness and boredom 77.2%, anhedonia 70.7%, weight and appetite 69.5%, sleep disturbances 59%.
- With moderate frequency; fatigue 55%, occupational difficulties 50.9%, decreased interest in all activities 41.5%, sadness 30%.
- With low frequency; psychomotor variations 25%, sexual disfunctions 25%, concentration 23.3%, suicidal thoughts 22.8%, feelings of guilty and inadequacy 14%, suicidal attempts 5.85%.
