تقييم أذية الجذر السني في سياق التثبيت بين الفكين باستخدام البراغي لمعالجة كسور الفك السفلي غير المتبدلة

Abstract

يعتبر التثبيت بين الفكينن IMF حجر الزاوية خلال الجراحات المرتبطة بإعادة البناء الفكين الوجهي التقويمي وجراحة الرضوض الوجهية , تعتمد المعالجة الناجحة لكسور الفك السفلي على الرد التشريحي الصحيح وترميم الإطباق الطبيعي والتثبيت ( التوقيف) لفترة محددة من الوقت.

لذلك تحاول هذه الدراسة تقييم أذية الجذر السني في سياق التثبيت بين الفكينن باستخدام براغيpre-drilled bone  screws في معالجة كسور الفك السفلي غير المتبدلة أو ذات التبدل البسيط . وذلك من خلال مراقبة الاختلاطات سريرياً وشعاعياً لتقييم أذية وفقد حيوية جذر السن المجاور. ومن ثم إخضاع البيانات للدراسة الإحصائيَّة التحليليَّة باستخدام كاي مربع عند قيمة0.05 p˂. وقد توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى أن تقنية التثبيت بين الفكينن IMFباستخدام براغي pre-drilled bone screws طريقة آمنة للتثبيت بين الفكينن, لكنها لا تخلوا من الاختلاطات أو العواقب الكامنة التي يجب على الجراح أن يكون واعياً لها للحصول على معالجة آمنة وفعالة .

IMF serves as a cornerstone during surgeries related to reconstruction orthognathic and facial trauma surgery. Successful treatment of mandibular fractures depends on reduction and restoration of normal occlusion and immobilization.

So this study attempts to evaluate dental root damage through intermaxillary fixation with pre-drilled bone screws in the management of non-displacement or mini-displacement mandibular fractures. Complications were observed clinically and radiologically to evaluate the damage and loss vital to the adjacent tooth root.  Data were subjected to statistical analysis using Chi Square Test. P-Value<0.05 was considered significant .This study found out that the intermaxillary fixation screws proved to be a safe technique to the intermaxillary fixation; however, it is not without complications or potential consequences which the surgeon must be aware of in order to provide safe and effective treatment.
