Abstract

La nécessité d'apprendre aujourd'hui une ou plusieurs langues étrangères est devenue une évidence. Parmi les pays du Moyen Orient, la Syrie a toujours été une pionnière et suit de très près les évolutions en matière d'éducation, de pédagogie et de didactique. Dans cette lignée, le Ministère de l'éducation syrien a introduit l'enseignement de l'anglais dès l'école primaire et celui du français, conjointement à l'anglais, dès le secondaire. Etant conscientes et soucieuses de l'amélioration de l'état de l'enseignement-apprentissage du français langue étrangère; nous avons constaté que l'enseignement du français souffre de difficultés majeures. Ce constat a été vérifié auprès des enseignants de français à l'université. Les bacheliers, malgré des notes élevées en français, arrivent à l'université avec un niveau très faible qui influe négativement la réalisation des objectifs du programme universitaire. La présente étude a pour objectif de remonter à la source du problème et de le traiter en amont : aller à la rencontre des acteurs du terrain dans les établissements scolaires afin de déceler les raisons du déclin de l'enseignement-apprentissage du français. Pour ce faire, une enquête a été réalisée auprès des inspecteurs de la langue française à Lattaquié pour connaître leur point de vue concernant ce problème. Nous terminerons cette étude avec des propositions visant à remédier aux difficultés en vue d'améliorer l'enseignement et de bien former ses cadres. ان ضرورة تعلم لغة او عدة لغات في عصرنا الحالي اصبح من البديهيات. فمن بين بلدان الشرق الاوسط كانت سورية دائما رائدة في هذا المجال وتتابع عن كثب التطورات في مجالات التربية والتعليم وطرائق التدريس. وفي هذا السياق ادخلت وزارة التربية السورية تعليم اللغة الانكليزية منذ الصف الأول من التعليم الأساسي (الحلقة الأولى) واللغة الفرنسية ابتداء من الصف السابع من التعليم الأساسي (الحلقة الثانية) الى جانب اللغة الانكليزية. ولاهتمامنا بتحسين واقع تعليم اللغة الفرنسية وتعلمها كلغة اجنبية، لاحظنا بان تعليمها يعاني من صعوبات كبيرة جدا. وهذه الملاحظة تم التحقق منها واكدها مدرسو اللغة الفرنسية في الجامعة. فالحاصلين على الشهادة الثانوية وبالرغم من علاماتهم العالية يصلون الى الجامعة بمستوى ضعيف جدا مما يؤثر سلبا على تحقيق اهداف الخطة الدرسية الجامعية. تسعى هذه الدراسة الى العودة الى اصل المشكلة من اجل معالجتها من جذورها، مما دفعنا للقاء القائمين على العمل في هذا المجال في المدراس من اجل تبيان اسباب تدني تعليم اللغة الفرنسية وتعلمها. لذلك تم اعداد استبانة وزعت على موجهي اللغة الفرنسية في اللاذقية لمعرفة آرائهم حول هذه المشكلة . وسنختم هذه الدراسة بمقترحات من شانها ان تساهم في معالجة الصعوبات من اجل تحسين التعليم وتأهيل كوادره التدريسية بشكل جيد.
