Abstract

This study deals with the grammatical cause of the alsabaan  in its footnote to explain Ashmouni's attempt to clarify its concept and importance. The grammatical cause is one of the most important means that grammarians resort to in their rulings. This topic is for him, because the grammar in the alsabaan  is based on linking the grammatical analysis with the usage reality of the language, and this is what makes us acknowledge that the boys have sought to link the purposes of grammar with the origins of the first grammar, and this method is the same that the fundamentalists committed in their fundamentalist compilations and Saban A D grammarians who worked in the fundamentals of jurisprudence, The research was divided into three sections: the concept of the cause in the language and terminology, the sections of the causes, and the types of ills among the alsabaan  in the footnote. تتناول هذه الدّراسة العلّة النّحويّة عند الصّبّان في حاشيته على شرح الأشموني محاولة تبين مفهومها وأهميتها؛ إذ تعدّ العلّة النّحويّة إحدى أهم الوسائل التي يلجأ إليها النحاة في أحكامهم، فموضوع العلّة النّحوية عند الصّبّان في حاشيته يستحق البحث والغوص فيه، لذلك حاولت أن أبرز عدداً من معالم هذا الموضوع لديه، لأنّ النّحو لدى الصّبّان قائم على ربط التحّليل النّحوي بالواقع الاستعمالي للّغة، وهذا ما يجعلنا نقرّ أنّ الصّبّان قد سعى إلى ربط مقاصد النحو بأصول النّحو الأولى، وهذه الطريقة هي نفسها التي التزمها علماء الأصول في مصنفاتهم الأصوليّة والصّبّان أحد الّنحاة الذين اشتغلوا في أصول الفقه.

وقد قُسِّم البحث إلى ثلاثة أقسام هي: مفهوم العلّة في اللغة والاصطلاح، أقسام العلل، وأنواع العلل عند الصّبّان في الحاشية ، وجاءت الدّارسة على وفق ما وجدته من شواهد تمثّله في حاشية الصبان، وما للنّحاة في مسائله من آراء حول العلّة، محاولاً بسط الآراء ما أمكن.
