التوصيف المظهري والعدد الصبغي لبعض الطرز المحلية من التوليب(Tulipaspp.) في محافظة اللاذقية.
Abstract
هدف هذا البحث إلى إجراء التوصيف المظهري و تقدير درجة القرابة و التباين الوراثي بين 27 طرازاً مظهرياً من التوليب,باستخدام 32 صفة مظهرية, و تحديد عددها الصبغي. أظهرت النتائج إمكانية التفريق بين الطرز المدروسة بالاعتماد على المواصفات المظهرية للمجموع الخضري, الزهري و الأبصال و التي أبدت جميعها كفاءة متقاربة في درجة التمييز بين هذه الطرز. أشارتنتائج التحليل العنقوديإلى أن العامل الأساسي المحدد لتوزع الطرز هو ارتفاع مواقع وجودها عن مستوى سطح البحر, حيث انقسمت الطرز إلى مجموعتين أساسيتين الأولى ضمت الطرز الموجودة على ارتفاع تراوح بين 400 و 850م و الثانية ضمت الطرز الموجودة على ارتفاع بين 950 و 1450م و بنسبة اختلاف تراوحت ما بين 35 – 39 %. بينت النتائج الخاصة بدراسة العدد الصبغي أن جميع الطرز المدروسة هي ثنائية الصيغة الصبغية (2n=2x=24). اعتماداً على نتائج التوصيف المظهري و العدد الصبغي للطرز المحلية المدروسة يمكن اعتبارها أقرب ما تكون للنوع T. agenensis. The aimsof this research were to morphologically characterize 27 local genotypes of tulip,to evaluate the genetic variability between them using 32 morphological traits, and to determine their chromosomal number. The results allowed the distinction between the studied genotypes based on the morphological characterization of all vegetative,floral andbulb traits. Results confirmed that the main limiting factor for distribution over the screened regionwas the high above sea level.All genotypes were divided into two main groups, the firstone included genotypes located at 400 - 850 m of altitude, and the second one located between 950- 1450 m. The microscopic analysis results showed that all the studied genotypes were diploid (2n=2x=24 chromosomes). Depending on the results of the morphological characterization and the chromosomal number of local genotypes studied, it can be considered the closest to the specie Tulipaagenensis D.C.Downloads
