دراسة بعض المؤشرات البيولوجية للمفترس أبو العيد ذو السبع نقاط Coccinella septempunctata L (Coleoptera : Coccinellidae) و تقدير كفاءته الإفتراسية على مَنّ الفول Aphis fabae(Homoptera : Aphididae)
Abstract
أجريت دراسة للمفترس Coccinella septempunctata L (Coleoptera :Coccinellidae) ضمن ظروف المختبر, عند متوسط درجة حرارة 20 ±2مْ . أشارت النتائج النهائية : أن مدة تطور المفترس استغرقت بالمتوسط من بداية وضع البيض وحتى انبثاق البالغات 27.3± 1.4 يوماً, للمراحل التالية على التوالي : مدة التطور الجنيني للبيض 6.5±0.5 يوماً , مدة الطور اليرقي 13.2±0.5 يوماً موزعة على الشكل التالي ( 4.2±0.4 يوم للعمر اليرقي الأول - 2.9±0.2 للعمر اليرقي الثاني - 2.9±1.8 يوم للعمر اليرقي الثالث - 3.2±0.4 للعمر اليرقي الرابع), مدة تطور العذراء 7.5 ±0.5 يومًا, وبلغ متوسط عدد أفراد المَنّ المستهلكة خلال مدة تطور الأعمار اليرقية المختلفة موزعة على التوالي: (57.9 ±10.6 - 63.7±9.4 - 66.5±8.3 – 348.7±43.4 حورية وبالغة ) . ونتيجةً لذلك تبَّين أن العمراليرقي الرابع يستهلك ضعف ماتستهلكه الأعمار الأول والثاني والثالث مجتمعة , بينما بلغ معدل الاستهلاك اليومي للبالغات من أفراد الَمّن دون تحديد الجنس 121 ±4.5 , و ذلك خلال تغذيتها لمدة 3 أسابيع على عدد معلوم من أفراد المَنّ. This study was conducted on predator Coccinella septempunctata at laboratory conditions , under average of temperature 20± 2Cº. Results confirmed: Average of life cycle time was :27.3±4.1 days ( egg development time 6.5±0.5 , larvae 13.2±0.5 , pupa 7.5±0.5 days).Also the study of predation efficiency showed that the average number of aphids consumed by each of the four instars larvae were (57.9±10.6 , 63.7±9.4 , 66.5±8.3 , and 348±43.4) respectively. Therefore the fourth larva instar seemed more predation efficiency, as compared to other three instars ,it consumed double that the three instars consumed, but adult consumed 121±4.5 number of aphids in one day.Downloads
