دراسة التركيب البيوكيميائي للقناديل البحرية Rhopilema nomadica, Pelagia noctiluca, Aequorea forskalea)) في منطقة الميناء لمدينة اللاذقية
Abstract
نستعرض في دراستنا هذه التركيب البيوكيميائي لثلاثة أنواع من القناديل البحرية التي ظهرت في المياه السورية (Rhopilema nomadica و Pelagia noctiluca و Aequorea forskalea)، ومقارنة التركيب البيوكيميائي بين الأنواع الثلاثة، حيث أظهرت المقارنة وجود اختلافات واضحة بمحتوى المواد العضوية، فقد كانت السكريات هي الأعلى تركيزاً في الأنواع الثلاثة تلتهاالليبيدات ثم المحتوى البروتيني والكربون العضوي. حيث سجل النوع Aequorea forskalea ارتفاعاً بالسكريات، وكان النوع Rhopilema nomadica أكثرها احتواءً بالليبيدات، والنوع Pelagia noctilucaالأكثر احتواءً بالبروتينات. أما بالنسبة للتركيب العنصري العضوي فقد سجل النوع Rhopilema nomadica أعلى التراكيز بالكربون العضوي، وتقاربت قيم الفوسفور العضوي عند Rhopilema nomadica و Pelagia noctiluca، وسجل النوع A.forskalea أقل قيمة لتركيز النتروجين بين الأنواع الثلاثة. Due to the lack informations on Biochemical of jellyfish in the Syrian waters, the aim of this paper is determining the nutritional value and organic content for each of the species Rhopilemanomadica, Pelagianoctiluca and Aequorea forskalea, and compared the biochemical composition of the three types , so the comparison showed clear differences in the content of organic material, the sugar were the most concentrated in the three species and lipid comes in second class, and then followed by the protein content and organic carbon.A.forskalea was the most containing sugar and R.nomadica the most lipids content, and P.noctiluca were the most protein content.R.nomadic was the highest content in organic carbon, R.nomadica and P.noctiluca were convergent contents of organic phosphorus, while the least contain of organic nitrogenwas in A.forskalea.Downloads
