تأثير نهر القنديل على توزع الأنواع السمكية في المصب (شاطئ وادي قنديل-اللاذقية) وجواره
Abstract
تم تنفيذ البحث، بقصد دراسة تأثير النهر على التنوع الحيوي في مصب نهر القنديل حيث تم اختيار خمس مناطق اعتيان (منطقة المصب وأمامه ويمينه ويساره، ومجرى النهر)، جمعت العينات خلال الفترة الممتدة من كانون الثاني حتى كانون الأول 2014 بمعدل جولة واحدة لكل محطة شهریاً. بينت نتائج البحث وجود 45 نوعاً سمكياً تابعاً ﻟ 39 جنساﹰﹰ تنضوي تحت 27 فصيلة، منها أربعة أنواع نهرية. تم حساب الدلائل المعتمدة إحصائياً لقياس التنوع الحيوي، الذي اختلفت قيمه تبعاً للمنطقة والفترة الزمنية من العام. كان موقع يسار المصب (الواقع نحو الجنوب) هو الأغنى بالتنوع السمكي خلال شهر تشرين الأول (28 نوعاً)، وتم العثور على أسماك الغريبة، المرمور، السرغوس على مدار العام وبكميات كبيرة نسبياً في جميع المحطات باستثناء مجرى النهر. بلغت نسبة الاصبعيات أعلاها في موقع المصب للأنواع السمكية الاقتصادية، ما يشير إلى ملائمة هذا الموقع لجمع الاصبعيات للاستزراع السمكي.
This research has been implemented in order to study the effect of river on biodiversity in Kandil river estuary, Five sampling stations were chosen (estuary, front, right, left, river), and samples were collected monthly during the period from Jan -Dec. 2014. The results of research revealed the presence of 45 fish species belonging to 39 genera and 27 families , including four fresh water species. Shannon-Wiener diversity index was calculated, and showed that species biodiversity varied according to the region and the period of the year. The left side of the estuary (south) is the richest area in fish species during October (28 species). Siganus rivulatus, Siganus luridus, Lithognathus mormyrus, Liza aurata, and Diplodus sargus were found in all stations (except of the river) in high quantities throughout the year. The highest percentage of the economic fish species fingerlings was at the estuary, indicating that this site is suitable for collecting fingerlings for mariculture.
