تأثير حمأة محطة عدرا لمعالجة المخلفات السائلة المنزلية بدمشق في نمو نبات الرشاد المزروع وإنتاجيته
Abstract
أجري البحث بهدف تقييم تأثير الحمأة في نمو نبات الرشاد المزروع وإنتاجيته في تجارب الأصص، اعتماداً على ثلاثة صفوف للنبات في كل أصيص، ورتّبت الأصص في سلسلتين متماثلتين، وبلغت مكررات النباتات 30 مكرّراً لكل معاملة، وفق ترتيب نسب الإضافة الآتية: 0% (شاهد)، وست معاملات: 5%، 10%، 15%، 25%، 50%، و 100% حمأة أضيفت إلى تربة زراعية من منطقة عقربا في غوطة دمشق.
تبين النتائج أن المعاملة بتركيز 5% حمأة كانت الأفضل للنمو بعد 50 يوماً من الزرع، وأن المعاملة بالتراكيز المتزايدة بين 5 – 25% حمأة أعطت النمو الإعاشي الأفضل بعد 75 يوماً، وكانت الفروق إيجابية واضحة ومعنوية عند مستوى ثقة 0.05 في دالات: الطول الإجمالي الأفضل، وعدد الخريدلات والوزن الإجمالي للبذور في النبات الواحد، وطول الفروع الجانبية وعددها، والكتلة الحيوية، والناتج البيولوجي، مقارنة بالشاهد.
This research aims at assessing the effect of sludge on growth and productivity of Lipidium sativum L. in pot experiments divided into three rows for each pot, and 6 treatments with 30 replications. Added sludge levels are: 0% (control), 5%, 10%, 15%, 25%, 50%, and 100% sludge, respectively. Used soil was from Aqraba area in Damascus Ghouta. The results show that the level 5% sludge is the best for growth after 50 days. Treatment with increased concentrates 5 – 25% sludge has performed to the best vegetation growth after 75 days; in comparison with control, there are significant positive differences (P<0.05) in the highest length, the number of silicula and the highest weight of seeds, length and number of branches, biomass, biological yield per plant..
