انتشار وتوزع بكتيريا Bacillus thuringiensis Berliner في ترب نظم بيئية وزراعية مختلفة في سورية
Abstract
توجد البكتيريا الممرضة للحشرات Bacillus thuringiensis بشكل طبيعي في ترب الساحل السوري. عزلت B. thuringiensis ولأول مرة من 20 موقعا˝ على طول الساحل السوري ومن منطقة النبك ودرعا وتم تشخيص 219 عزلة على أنها تابعة لبكتيريا B. thuringiensis حيث تبين أنها تحتوي على الأجسام البلورية البروتينية وبأشكال متعددة. أشارت النتائج أن بكتيريا B. thuringiensis تنتشر بشكل واسـع في جميع النظم البيئية الزراعية المختلفـة وأنها أكثر وجودا˝ في تربة الغابات والشاطئ وتربة الأراضي المزروعة منها في تربة الأراضي غير المزروعة وتربة المناطق الداخلية الجافة. توجد بكتيريا B. thuringiensis في التربة السورية بنسبة 97% من مجموع العينات المختبرة. ترتبط وفرة وتعداد بكتيرياB. thuringiensis بعوامل متعددة منها نسبة المادة العضوية في التربة وحموضة التربة.
The entomopathogenic bacterium Bacillus thuringiensis was found to be naturally present in the Syrian coastal plain soils. B. thuringiensis was isolated for the first time from 20 sites examined and 219 isolates were identified as B. thuringiensis which contain different crystalline inclusion bodies. Results showed that B. thuringiensis was spread in all different ecosystems. Forest, beaches and the cultivated soil samples were more rich in B. thuringiensis isolates than uncultivated and interior arid areas. The B. thuringiensis isolates were distributed in soils at frequency of 97%. The abundance of B. thuringiensis was partially dependant on soil organic matter and pH value.
