تقييم أداء خمسة أصناف من الفاصولياء المتسلقة Phaseolus vulgaris من حيث النمو وكمية الإنتاج ونوعيته تحت ظروف الزراعة المحمية
Abstract
نفذ البحث في مركز تربية العدو الحيوي التابع لمديرية الزراعة والاصلاح الزراعي باللاذقية ضمن في بيت محمي، في موسمين زراعيين 2017 و2018، وذلك بتقييم خمسة أصناف من الفاصولياء المتسلقة: Kentucky wonder white، Blue lake ، Fatima، Purple Queen، Zilioni Gigant. من حيث النمو الخضري وعدد الأزهار ونسبة العقد، وكمية الإنتاج ونوعيته.
أظهرت النتائج تفوق الصنف Zilioni التمثيل الضوئي
0.82 م2/م2/نبات، وتركيز الكلوروفيل الكلي 3.37 مغ/سم2/يوم. في حين تفوق الصنف Kentucky wonder white بفروق معنوية على باقي الأصناف من حيث عدد الأزهار 190 زهرة/نبات، وعدد الثمار العاقدة 166 ثمرة/نبات، وكمية الإنتاج 1.82 كغ/م2. كما تفوق الصنف Fatima بفروق معنوية على بقية الأصناف من حيث كمية فيتامينC 30.8 مغ %، ونسبة البروتين 4.77%، ونسبة الألياف 1.59%، كما كانت نسبة النترات مرتفعة في هذا الصنف 102.3%.
The study was carried out in a greenhouse at Lattakia Center for Rearing Natural Enemies during 2017 and 2018, in order to evaluate the growth and production's quality and quantity, blooming, and fruiting rate for five cultivars of climbing bean: (Kentucky wonder white، Blue lake ، Fatima، Purple Queen، Zilioni Gigant).
Results showed that Zilioni Gigant was significantly exceeded and gave the best results of the growth in foliage area 12648 cm2, leaf area index 3.73 m2/m2, net assimilation rate 0.82 m2/m2/plant, and the chlorophyll concentrate 3.37 mg/cm2/day. While Kentucky wonder white was significantly exceeded in blooming 190 flower/plant, fruiting 166 fruit/plant and productivity 1.82 kg/m2. On the other hand Fatima was superior in its content of vitamin C 30.8 mg%, protein 4.77%, fiber 1.59% and nitrates ratio was high 102.3%
