الرياضة السوريّة في جانبها الأكاديمي دراسة الواقع واقتراح الحلول
Abstract
يَهدفُ هذا البحث للتعرّف على الواقع الأكاديمي للرياضة السوريّة؛ من خلال آراء واتجاهات الأكاديميين نحو أُسس العمل في الواقع الرياضي. وقد أُجريَت هذه الدراسة على عيّنة مقدارها (416) أكاديميّاً؛ ممن يعملون في المؤسسات الرياضيّة. وقد توصَّل الباحث إلى جملة من الاستنتاجات أهمها:
- · عدم رغبة الأكاديميين المُطلقة في المشاركة الفعليّة لممارسة المهنة التدريبيّة،
- · عدم سعيهم الجادّ لإيصال نتاجهم العلمي إلى حيّز التطبيق،
- · عدم تحمسهم لاستخدام وسائل الإعلام ومتابعة العمليّة التدريبيّة؛ الأمر الذي ينعكس سلباً على تطوير الواقع الرياضي،
- · كما يوجد فرق واختلاف في آراء واتجاهات الأكاديميين نحو أُسس العمل في الرياضة السورية،
- أوصى الباحث بضرورة ممارسة المهنة التدريبيّة من قِبلِ الأكاديميين،
- · ربط الأكاديميات الرياضيّة بالمجتمع ومشاركة الأكاديميين في صنع القرار الرياضي واتخاذه،
- · إلزام المؤسسات الرياضيّة بتسهيل عمل الأكاديميين،
- · اعتماد مشكلات الحركة الرياضيّة كموضوعات لمشاريع علميّة لطلاب الدراسات العليا،
- · التعاون والتنسيق بين أصحاب الخبرة الميدانيّة والأكاديميين.
This research aims at getting acquainted with the academic state of affairs of the Syrian sports, and the points of views and trends of academicians towards the foundations of work in the sports state of affairs .The study was performed on a specimen of (416) academicians of those working in sports establishments. The researcher arrived at a set of conclusions, the most important of which are: The academicians' absolute unwillingness to effectively participate in practicing the training profession, the matter that is negatively reflected in developing the sportive state of affairs. There is also difference and disagreement in the academicians' points of view and trends towards the basics of working in Syrian sports. The researcher recommended the necessity of practicing training profession by academicians, linking sports academies to society.
