The current research aims to identify the reality of the administrative leadership of the members of the boards of clubs, administrative communication skills within the club, patterns and methods of administrative leadership, the climate and organizational values within the club, the researcher used the descriptive method in the survey method due to its suitability to the nature of the research and its goals, where he selected a representative sample of the research community represented by the board of Directors of Jableh Sports Club, of whom there were 9 administrators selected in a deliberate manner and the questionnaire was relied on as a tool for collecting data and information, and the statistical results indicated: The interaction of the administrative leadership and its interaction with the administrators provides the sports activity managers with confidence, reassurance and credibility for them, which helps them to adapt and adapt to the new environment. She also showed that the leadership's confidence in sports activity managers makes them feel that they are part of the organization, and this leads to their compliance with orders without opposition. the administrative leadership must understand the dimensions and components of organizational culture as the environmental environment in which organizations live and the need to pay attention to the process of selecting sports activity managers within the organization, especially with regard to substantive aspects, most notably communication skills. it is also the administrative leadership that creates a distinctive human base of administrators, and this can only come with the proximity of the leader to them, as successful leadership affects the practices of individuals and contributes to raising the level of organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
