الزرع الفوري في مناطق الإنتان مع استخدام البلازما الغنية بالصفيحات
Abstract
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم تأثير استخدام البلازما الغنية بالصفيحات مع الزرع الفوري في مناطق الإنتان ماحول الذروي المزمن على تحسين و تسريع حدوث الاندماج العظمي وإنقاص الامتصاص العظمي حول عنق الزرعة. تم استخدام 24 زرعة عند 14 مريضاً من الجنسين بحيث تم تقسيم العينة عشوائياً إلى مجموعتين المجموعة الأولى 12 زرعة تم فيها الزرع الفوري بدون استخدام البلازما الغنية بالصفيحات والثانية 12 زرعة تم فيها الزرع الفوري مع استخدام البلازما الغنية بالصفيحات وتم تقييم كلٍّ من مشعر اللويحة المعدل, مشعر النزف المعدل, الكثافة العظمية حول الزرعة, مقدار الامتصاص العظمي حول عنق الزرعة, نجاح الزرع في كلا المجموعتين . كانت نسبة النجاح
% 91.6 في المجموعة الأولى بينما كانت 100% في المجموعة الثانية كما وأظهرت النتائج أنه لا يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المجموعتين من حيث مشعر اللويحة المعدل ومشعر النزف المعدل بينما كان هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لصالح مجموعة الاختبار من حيث مشعر الامتصاص العظمي حول عنق الزرعة خلال فترات المتابعة، ومن حيث مشعر الكثافة العظمية بعد مرور ثلاثة أشهر فقط بينما لم يكن هناك فرق في فترات المتابعة التالية.
The purpose of this research is to study the effect of PRP on enhancing and accelerating the osseointegration and reducing the marginal bone resorption around the dental implants in chronic periapical infected sites. The research sample comprised 24 implants which were immediately placed after extraction in infected sites; the sample was divided randomly into 2 groups: (I) received immediate implants without using PRP, and the other (II) received immediate implants with using PRP. Modified plaque index MPI, modified bleeding index MBI, bone density BD, and marginal bone loss MBL Implant survival, were evaluated for both groups. The results of the present study showed that the success rate was 91.6 % in group 1 and 100% in group 2. There was no statistical difference between the test and control regarding MBI, MPI, while there was statistical difference between the test and control regarding MBL during periods of follow up and bone density just after 3 months.
