المشاركة الجراحية الهادفة إلى تسريع المعالجة التقويمية في حالات سوء الإطباق من الصنف الثاني.
Abstract
تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى اختبار نتائج المشاركة الجراحية الهادفة في سياق المعالجة التقويمية وفقاً لتقنية (RAP) وتحديدا لعلاج حالات الصنف الثاني في الحصول على نتائج جيدة وخلال وقت قياسي . وقد تم ذلك من على عينة مكونة من 10 مرضى ، 4 ذكور و 6 إناث تراوحت أعمارهم بين 19 – 29 سنة ، وكانت النتائج على النحو الآتي :
ü الحصول على نتائج مرضية إلى حد بعيد من حيث القيم النهائية المعالجة ، وهذا ما تم إثباته من خلال إجراء دراسة وتحليل للقيم السيفالومترية.
ü تسهيل الإجراءات العلاجية على الطبيب المقوم ، من خلال التخلص من الممانعات العظمية للحركات السنية التقويمية.
ü التمكن من الحصول على حركات سريعة للأسنان من دون أي امتصاص في جذور الأسنان أو أذية في الأربطة.
ü كان معدل الزمن اللازم للوصول إلى النتائج الفعالة يعادل 1.7± 6.1 شهراً، في مقابل ما معدله 5.8± 18.7 شهراً للعلاج بدون قلع و 7.1± 26.6 للعلاج مع قلع.
This current study aims to test these results of orthodontic surgical participation by (RAP) technique, especially for class II malocclusion patients. The results were :
ü We got very satisfactory results, which are proven by the cephalometric values.
ü The facilitation of treatment procedures for orthodontist, by eliminating bone resistance for orthodontic teeth movements.
ü We got a rapid tooth movement, without absorptions in roots or injuries in ligament.
ü The average of overall time to reach for effective results was about 6.1±1.7 months, in comparison with the average 18.7 ± 5.8 months for treatment without extraction and 26.6 ± 7.1 months with extraction, which means that we get perfect results in less than one quarter to third of overall conventional orthodontic treatment time.
