دراسة مقارنة لطرق تنظيف الأجهزة الصناعية السنية المتحركة الكاملة
Abstract
أجريت هذه الدراسة في كلية طب الأسنان – جامعة تشرين خلال عامي 2005-2006
استخدمنا في دراستنا عينة مكونة من (50) مريضاً أدرد كامل تمت صناعة /100/ جهاز صناعي سني متحرك كامل ( علوي, سفلي ). تم توزيع المرضى إلى أربع مجموعات حسب طريقة تنظيف أجهزتهم التعويضية:1- التفريش 2- النقع في محلول معقم 3- التفريش ثم النقع 4- عدم تنظيف (مجموعة شاهدة)
إن الهدف من هذا البحث هو تقييم القدرة التنظيفية لطرق التنظيف المختلفة المتبعة للعناية بالجهاز التعويضي الكامل.
وقد أكدت نتائج دراستنا هذه ضرورة أن يتبع تفريش الأجهزة التعويضية الكاملة بمعجون الأسنان بنقعها بمنظفات الأجهزة الصناعية السنية المتحركة وذلك للوصول إلى نظافة تامة الأجهزة الصناعية السنية المتحركة وبالتالي المحافظة على سلامة الأنسجة اللثوية الواقعة تحت الأجهزة الصناعية السنبة المتحركة.
This study was conducted at Tishreen University Dental School for a period of one year (2005-2006). In this study, 50 complete denture wearers were instructed to clean their dentures in different methods as follows:
1. Brushing with dental paste.
2. Soaking in denture cleanser solution.
3. Brushing with dental paste bellowed by soaking in denture cleanser solution.
4. Without cleaning (control group)
The aim of this study was to evaluate and compare the ability of three methods for denture cleaning to remove or decrease the micro organism and denture plaque from the surfaces of complete dentures.
Results of this study suggested the need for use of a cleanser in addition to brushing with a dental paste to achieve a good denture clean and a better oral hygiene.
