العلامات الصدوية لذات الرئة الفصية عند الأطفال

Abstract

 

ذوات الرئة تتصف بالعديد من التبدلات المرضية على الأمواج فوق الصوتية أهمها:

- علامة القصبة المهواة

- علامة القصبة المائية

- التميعات

- انصباب الجنب

إن استخدام الأمواج فوق الصوتية يسمح بتحديد امتداد الارتشاح الالتهابي في النسيج الرئوي وذلك تبعا" للتشويش الذي يمكننا مشاهدته في أثناء المسح .

أجرينا هذه الدراسة على 50 طفلاً مصاباً بذات رئة فصية مشخصة سريريا" ومثبتة على الصورة الشعاعية البسيطة, حيث قمنا بإجراء مسح صدوي للصدر في منطقة الإصابة الالتهابية, وكانت النتيجة هي تأكيد دور الأمواج فوق الصوتية كوسيلة استقصائية تضاف إلى الوسائل التشخيصية الأخرى التي تستخدم لتحري آفات البرانشيم الرئوي, حيث تمكنا من مشاهدة التكثف الرئوي الناجم عن التفاعل الالتهابي بنسبة 100%,

بالإضافة إلى مشاهدة العلامات غير المباشرة الدالة على وجود التهاب برانشيمي كالانصباب الجنبي  أو الخراجات .

Pneumonic lung infiltrations are characterized by typical changes in terms of sonomorphology. These include:

 

- Bronchoaerograms

- Fluid bronchogram

- Colliquations

- Parapneumonic effusions

 

The extent of inflammatory infiltration may be underestimated owing to artifacts on sonography. This study comprises 50 children with lobar pneumonia in CXR; clinical examination of US screening is performed on the affected lung to confirm the importance of ultrasound in pulmonary diseases. Lung consolidations are well diagnosed in all cases, such as hypoechoic lesion, abscesses, and pleural effusion.
